I had my fan coil repaired/cleaned by High Efficiency. They replaced the faulty actuator and the valve body. Asked them to descale the condenser too and I am pleased to say the cooling performance has improved drastically. They had to pay three visits, all punctual. Leon and Anand (I hope I’ve got the name correctly, if not my apologies) were very friendly, experienced and helpful. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

Sahil (Sam) was very thorough to clean the condenser of my heat pump during this year's maintenance. He checked and made sure the system was working as designed. Update Oct 2021 - since my original review I've used High Efficiency for all my HVAC needs. Jason just installed a humidifier for me and did a great job + took the time to explain the functions and features

Update Nov 2022 - Great as always. I had an issue with my furnace and Gilbert helped me every step of the way, from explaining my options to helping me order the part required
