I have used this company's services for many years and have always been completely satisfied with the service provided. The servicemen have always been courteous and friendly beyond expectation. The gentleman who came yesterday was not only polite and knowledgeable he actually set ip my thermostat to get me the temperatures correctly programmed which I had been trying to do dince the fall! He made sure to wear his booties to ensure my floors would remain clean. He checked all aspects of my system, cleaned the humidifier and replaced my filters. He was welcoming when I asked questions yet totally unintrusive when I set about other tasks. Delighted with his attention to detail and his overall service. Marco the Service Coordinator from High Efficiency Heating & Cooling has been amazing to work with. The heat pump chassis that I had purchased less than 2 years ago was leaking and so my condo wasn’t heating to temperature set. Marco dealt with the distributor and managed to get me a replacement chassis installed within days. He’s very responsive and always manages to squeezes me in at the earliest available slot whenever I’m in need of an annual cleaning or for any diagnostic. We placed a service call and a technician came out same day within a few hours. The technician was super polite and was very thorough with checking everything and resolved the issue with my furnace within the first 10 minutes. He took the time to ensure all the thermostat settings were correct and to ensure the furnace was heating correctly before leaving. Very satisfied with the service provided by the technician!
