We can't thank High Efficiency Cooling & Heating company for their superb service with our Heat Pump. They were recommended to us by our neighbour in our townhome complex and they didn't disappoint. Charton who is our Sales Rep/contact took the time to explain everything to us before we've made a decision and eventually had our heat pump installed over a year ago. We've had just two service calls within the year and in each instance, their promptness and attentive help have been both amazing. The last service call was today and I've again contacted Charton. I found out he's overseas on a vacation but this didn't deter him from arranging for a service department visit to check out the issue and to address it promptly. Hats off to Charton's promptness, through Marco as well who did the immediate follow -up with me for an appointment and lastly, Rana who came by today to work on the issue which is amazing. They've addressed the issue we've reported and we are completely happy with the level of service they always provide. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their heating/cooling unit in the future. Charton, Marco, Rana - thank you to the three of you for your amazing help, promptness and great work!

Leon, the technician from High Efficiency Cooling and Heating Inc arrived on time to install a Honeywell Pro thermostat at my condo unit. He was very professional. He answered all my questions patiently and was methodical in getting the job done. Way to go Leon (Hope I got your name right).

I was very lucky to have Mr. Sahel as the service man to fix my leaking pipe gas problem. He was very thorough and knew his job very well. Very efficient and was patient to answer all my questions. My furnace system sent me an email indicating there is a blower motor fault. Harry Yan (technician) of High Efficiency Coolong & Heating Inc. came on March 18, 2025 and he diagnosed that it only occured once. However, he noticed the inductor was extremely noisy and he recommended it to be replaced since it is still under warranty, I just have to pay for the repair labour cost. Harry Yan will return when the part is available.
