Rana was very knowledgeable and helpful. I learned a lot about my Heat Pump today. He was very patient and methodical and checked all systems before leaving. I would recommend his service to anyone. Jason showed up on time, was courteous, respectful and amazing. He diagnosed the leak as a poor drainage connection, and didnt charge us. Perhaps it was a loose connection from previous work....not sure, but am happy there was no charge.
