The furnace maintenance service was completed as scheduled and on time. The only thing that I was not informed of, before the servicing, is that there is now a 3% surcharge if you pay with a credit card which was never the case in the past.

My furnace stopped working one morning. The fan worked but no hot air was coming out. At technician, Liam, came in the afternoon and quickly diagnosed the problem: a faulty thermostat. I replaced it from one I bought from Home Depot. The heating is back! Thanks Liam!

Met Jamie for an evaluation. He made some good recommendations which I went with(lower blower box and larger coil). Booking was easy, installers were fantastic and a very competitive price to replace my 30 yr old furnace and AC.

Not only the units were replaced, they replaced all the copper lines and intake/exhaust..literally a new HVAC system

The installers did a good job and made sure to use drop cloths, all equipment installed as per contract.

Office support (Natalie) is amazing as well. Followed through with replacing an AC bracket that I requested and provided me with a Lennox warranty certificate 2 weeks later. Just as promised.

Overall, a very good job by the whole team and I would definitely use them again!

I recently had Harry from High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc. repair a leakage in my furnace, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Were able to clean burners and replace gas valve and clear red tag to make boiler pass safety inspection Other companies had said couldnt be done and were insisting on replacing boiler. Boiler is working fine so happy that could pass safety inspection

I purchased my furnace and AC from High Efficiency and order annual maintainenace from them since then. Everything works fine and the technician has just come in for a service yesterday. I have to say the young man is really professional. He cleaned and checked every details. Explained to me clearly what he has done for the visit.

Excellent Service

Rana was great! I received a text that a service tech would be arriving today per scheduled furnace maintenance a couple of weeks ago. He arrived between the stated time and was very respectful of one's property. He was prompt and diligent at ensuring all parts of the furnace that needed to be maintained & adjusted. He also indicated that that igniter is working but may be needed to be replaced. However, he assured me that it is fine for this winter and maybe next winter, too. He was great going over what I needed to know and if I needed to monitor anything in particular. He left, job done, very clean but then came back realizing he had not replaced the humidifier filter that I had & brought out. I was fine to replace it but very pleased he came back and we both did it.

Great job, Rana! And have been with High Efficiency for almost 15 years for both heating & air conditioning. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

We have a service membership program with High Efficiency Cooling & Heating which includes the furnace maintenance. The technician also changed the humidifier filter and recommended a fix to the broken humidifier knob, explaining how it works. Great service!
