My home warranty company choses my provider, and in the last three years I've had several heating and air companies come out. Jeremy from Advanced Appliance was by far the most professional, kindest, and knowledgeable I've experienced. He didn't just give identify the problem, but clearly explained the cause and potential solutions. I'm not in a place to make major financial investments. So he offered not only financial assistance options but also some very inexpensive ways to help lessen the likelihood of future trouble until I can potentially afford the more expensive permanent fix. He was so helpful that I am probably going to set up regular maintenance with Advance Appliance very soon.
