The technician changed the filter and blew out the line , that is prone to stopping up. He did these along with readying it for the new season. Good service .

Came out and fixed our AC in 10 minutes. Our home warranty company sent them out and it took a week because they are quite busy but they did great so I understand why they’re in high demand. Very helpful and answered all our questions, didn’t feel rushed when the guy came out and we are appreciative of the service!

Our AC quit working. I called Advance and made an appointment for a service call. After a full day of not working, all of a sudden it started working again. I kept the appointment but I told my wife that if it’s working fine the way it is he probably can’t find what caused it. But with careful examination he did find the contractor must have arced out on a wire and got stuck. It eventually popped loose and started working again. He adjusted the wiring so it wouldn’t happen again and it’s been fine ever since. I was impressed he found it.
