Advanced was great. Pablo and Ron (I think that was his name) and the office folks were awesome. They were professional and did good work. I would recommend those two for any plumbing job.

Carlos has visited me 2x for repair to our icemaker, which was not dispensing ice. He was polite, respectful and he fixed our problem. I can totally recommend Advanced APpliance Repair.

Advance Appliance has been servicing my HVAC unit for roughly the last 16 years. My first experience with the company was when tech Ken Cooper, who is now retired. Ken was able to diagnose, find a leak on my system, and make the repair that no other company was able to fix. I've been with these folks ever since. I contribute their expertise to the long and uninterrupted service I've had. Ben and Walter are fantastic techs with a dedication to perfection and fine attention to detail.

Replaced compressor in hvac unit. Brian was very professional and efficient. Explained what was going on and completed the job quickly. No hesitation in recommending this company. This was a home insurance claim.

Update July 2026. Recently had my HVAC replaced. Professional and completed ahead of schedule. Good, friendly service. They went above and beyond to secure my dryer was fixed!

I have always gotten good service from you. Pablo has been to my house jn the past, and he is very professional and knowledgeable. He is also very personable. The only negative I have is that you do not have anyone on call in off hours to handle emergencies. I have had to hunt down someone.

Advanced Appliance Services for the win again!!! AAS are very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. We put the request in over the 4th of July holiday and they call to set the appointment first thing Monday morning. From the call to Mr. Bryan our service team technician our experience was great. Mr. Bryan came in thoroughly looked at the unit and got our air up and running in less than an hour. We are grateful for Mr. Bryan's honesty and quality service. We will continue to trust Advanced Appliances for our needs!!
