I called AJ Locksmith at about 3;30 p.m. after the lock on one of our doors malfunctioned and my husband was locked out. The person answering the phone was polite, and responsive. Within an hour Robert was ringing my doorbell to fix our lock. We even had him fix a second door lock that was a little loose. He was quick, had parts on his truck and within minutes was on his way. It was the easiest repair call, I have ever had. AJ Locksmith is our new go-to company for all of our locksmith needs.

Ado was very professional and arrive on time. He explained the issue with my deadbolt along with the repairs I need to make and the different warranties for the lock and work done. We were beyond pleased with the work Jacob has done at our mid century property. The huge original sliders had no functional locks, but Jacob used his awesome problem solving skills to custom design and install the perfect system for us. His persistence and skills were impressive, his patience and calm demeanor a bonus. He quickly replaced all locks throughout the house and we couldnt be happier with the job!
