I reached out late on a Sunday night because we needed all of the exterior locks on our home changed as soon as possible. Our technician, Jacob, arrived right on time and was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently, re-keyed eight locks, and even took care of a few additional repairs that went above and beyond the original scope of the job. I had a lock mechanism that failed with the door closed so it could not be opened. I described the problem and was quoted arranged by phone. The locksmith arrived on time. Notified me prior to arrival and upon on first-hand evaluation promptly finalized the quote at the low end of the range. He was patient and got the job done without any damage to the door or frame. Quality of work and service was exceptional and the pricing was fair.
