I was locked out of my house without water or my phone. It was hot and I had already called a locksmith over an hour ago. Borrowed another neighbor’s phone to call AJ. Robert came in a half hour as promised and got me into my house. He fixed the lock I had and did not try to upsell me. Still haven’t heard back from the other company I called.
