Christan was so professional. He was welcoming and made my experience great. I was nervous cause I haven’t gotten a piercing in a while, but Christian made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. Just went and got my helix pierced yesterday by Amanda at the Matthews location. I cannot say enough good about my experience!! Price was more than fair, they had implant grade jewelry, and since my first attempt at a helix piercing went poorly (pierced elsewhere) I had LOTS of questions and concerns which were answered with patience and detail. Hoping to return for more piercings in the future :)
