By far the best place to purchase fitness equipment. We had the pleasure of meeting Brian (store manager) and he was more than helpful. He took a genuine interest in what we wanted, what we needed and what the best fit would be. It was several months before we were able to accommodate the equipment we chose and Brian was more than patient and always happy to hear from us. He was helpful at every step of the process. Zero high pressure. I told him exactly what I wanted and he immediately showed my the 2 machines that met those qualifications and I bought. All of this took 15 minutes and I was out of the store, scheduled for delivery. Amazing!

In my opinion, the store experience was great, superb, terrific, but the installation in my home was problematic. I do not fault the two delivery/installation people. They did the best they could but the machine was more than their match. Perhaps a bigger delivery team was needed. Lots of small superficial damage to walls, so now I will patch and paint. Some superficial damage to the machine also but nothing intolerable.

Jacob went above and beyond in helping us choose gym tiles for our new at home gym. He took the time to draw up a floor plan for the gym layout. He patiently answered multiple questions, offered installation suggestions, sent us home with extra tiles and refunded us for tiles that were unused. We had an excellent experience and would not hesitate to recommend Top Fitness!

I was online looking at the Power Tech multi Jim And was going to order it… To my surprise, I saw Brian‘s video on YouTube where he gave a very sincere demonstration of the product On January 6, I went in at 10 AM Monday morning… He gave me a complete review of the product was very professional and thorough. I picked out everything I wanted and he is delivering it to my home and setting it up. It was a pleasure doing business. I highly recommend if you live in the DFW area that you simply drive over to his store in Southlake once you are there and you feel in touch the product it makes a world a difference. I definitely command to very positive customer service experience Top Fitness has delivered. The store manager and his sales rep were very accommodating in helping to choose elliptical machine of best quality for great price. After deliver that went exactly on schedule, we had a couple questions. The contract was the store was easy. A few days later we had received a call from fitness equipment company in Chicago about their technician were ready to look at equipment. The service crew of two very professional technician evaluated and found the problem that included a couple loose bolts and recommended lining under the machine. The issue was resolved quickly and professionally, and with no charge. I will recommend the Top Fitness store to anybody who is looking for quality equipment and services.
