From the moment I walked in, Da’Shawn was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on finding the right treadmill for our needs — not just making a sale. He took the time to understand our goals, explained the differences between models, cushioning systems, motors, and warranties in a clear and honest way, and even let us try multiple treadmills so we could feel the difference ourselves. There was zero pressure and a lot of patience, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

By far the best place to purchase fitness equipment. We had the pleasure of meeting Brian (store manager) and he was more than helpful. He took a genuine interest in what we wanted, what we needed and what the best fit would be. It was several months before we were able to accommodate the equipment we chose and Brian was more than patient and always happy to hear from us. He was helpful at every step of the process. Over the last few years, Ive purchased a number of major equipment pieces and accessories from Home Fitness. Great service, warranties and products. Clint is the guy to see.

Zero high pressure. I told him exactly what I wanted and he immediately showed my the 2 machines that met those qualifications and I bought. All of this took 15 minutes and I was out of the store, scheduled for delivery. Amazing!

Very smooth process from the purchase to the delivery!

In my opinion, the store experience was great, superb, terrific, but the installation in my home was problematic. I do not fault the two delivery/installation people. They did the best they could but the machine was more than their match. Perhaps a bigger delivery team was needed. Lots of small superficial damage to walls, so now I will patch and paint. Some superficial damage to the machine also but nothing intolerable.

The staff is very knowledgable and helpful. The store has a wide array of high quality fitness equipment with good pricing. Clint was awesome helping us choose our new exercise bike.

Jacob went above and beyond in helping us choose gym tiles for our new at home gym. He took the time to draw up a floor plan for the gym layout. He patiently answered multiple questions, offered installation suggestions, sent us home with extra tiles and refunded us for tiles that were unused. We had an excellent experience and would not hesitate to recommend Top Fitness!

We were able to experience many ellipticals to determine the best fit for us. No pressure, just information on what we were checking out. Brian made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. First class operation.
